Lazy Rogue

Welcome to the LazyRogue home page.

Update 12/13/2006: LazyScript does not and probably will never work with WoW 2.0. These pages are left here for historical nostalgia only.

This is the LazyRogue home page. If you like LazyRogue, then please take a moment to contribute your form on the Submitted Forms page, or help out by filling in any missing or incomplete documentation. Thanks! - Ithilyn

You can download it at http://www.lazyscript.com i've downloaded my lazywarrior there . Hope that helps.

(note: That fateful day when lr was ripped from my existence will forever scar my soul.. SCREW YOU BLIZZARD! 12/11/07

(Note: Ithilyn, do not desert us in this hour of need... Your Public Needs YOU!!!) 12/07/06 (Note: OMG Ithilyn, yes, come to our rescue over here!) 12/07/06

(Note: Ithilyn, I second all the sentiments of the LazyRogue fans. I know what the mod can do is more limited now, but anything you can do would be wonderful) 12/08/06

(Note: Ithilyn.. Please... Alot of Lr fans are out ther and we need u! )12/11/06

(Note: Ithilyn, any chance that you might be able to give your dedicated fans an update as far as if there is any hope of something coming out that can be used in 2.0? Please... :-) )12/13/06

(Note: Ithilyn, from what I've read about the changes to the API, it might be possible to change the button that is under the certain slot that you are in. For instance lets say slot #2 is the special lazyrogue button. When the specific input is there, like riposte being available, it switches button 2 from Sinister to Riposte. What do you think? I've pretty much stopped playing my rogue at this point, due to having to relearn how to quickly get a ghostly strike off etc. Thank you for helping us Rogue-lovers out there. We appreciate it. 12/16/2006 destri(at)yahoo.com

Reponse: I'm sorry guys, I feel your pain. LazyRogue will not and probably never will work with WoW 2.0. The only thing that might work, with some effort, is the minion. destri, in response to your idea of changing the button in the action bar, let me stress that Blizzard spent a considerable amount of time figuring out how to destroy LazyRogue (and Decursive, etc)--you can't have code move actions around in the action bar during combat. They've really thought of everything.

I would recommend checking out BackSeatDriver, developed by dOxxx and lokyst, which does what the LazyRogue minion could do and more.
