These are the forms I am currently using, the "Instances" form is not tuned yet because I am currently doing a lot of BGs, but it will be updated as I fine tune it and increase in level. The auto-switching feature seems to work well and helps a lot when "unexpected guests" show up while out farming or getting experience between BGs.
Form name= "BattleGrounds"
This form is for any PvP activity I might be participating in, be it battlegrounds, world PvP, or duels. Battleground specific potions are set to be used when in BGs, and some class specific strategys are built in.
